What Is Intermittent Fasting ?

Intermittent Fasting is the process of taking a break from eating for a certain period of time. There are a number of different ways of doing intermittent fasting, but if you are looking to use intermittent fasting to help you lose or control your weight, then the most important thing is to find what works best for you. I have used intermittent fasting for over 2 years, first to help me lose weight, and secondly to help keep my weight under control. I still fast once or twice per week, which is a method advised by eat stop eat . I am not here to tell you there is a right way or a wrong to to lose weight, but the process of intermittent fasting was the main reason I not only lost weight, but was able to keep that weight off.
