Intermittent Fasting Weight Loss

Intermittent fasting weight loss occurs when you ensure that you are creating a calorie deficit.  Even with intermittent fasting you still need to be consuming less calories than you need in order to lose weight. The best way to do this is to look at your calories over a week, and not just on a daily basis. If after a period of intermittent fasting you then break your fast with more calories than your daily requirements, then you will achieve weight loss. In my case intermittent fasting weight loss was possible by fasting 2 days per week for 24 hours at a time. This would mean I would still eat every day, but there would be a 24 hour period where I had not consumed any food. This produced a sufficient calorie deficit to product weight loss. My average intermittent fasting weight loss would be 1lb ( about half a kilo ) per week.
