Intermittent Fasting Success Stories

So what about some Intermittent Fasting Success Stories ?  If you are looking at using intermittent fasting as a way to help you lose weight, I imagine you would like to know if it works.

Well in this case , the best intermittent fasting success story I can give you is mine.  January 1st 2009 I started my first 24hr fast. At the time I weighed 106 kilos. which is 16 and a half stone, or 231lbs. Today I am 70lbs lighter. The main tool I used to help me lose weight was intermittent fasting.  My intermittent fasting plan was to fast for 24 hours twice per week. At the start this was Thursdays and Mondays. More than 2 years later and I still use intermittent fasting every week. It has become a normal part of my lifestyle. Which I think is important if you are looking at long term weight loss and weight maintenance.
